The regulating Hot Air Burners are designed to work with Gas or Oil Injectors ( type RGB and ROB ) enabling a fast interchanging in case of emergency or production change. The Hot Air Burner was originally designed for recuperative glass melting furnace but works today in similar furnaces or in Pre-heaters, Air heaters, Metal Heating furnaces etc. The Burner casing allows a preheated air temperature up to 850°C, higher temperatures require optional refractory lining. The fuel injector is inserted concentrical into the casing. Each casing is equipped with a laminar flow conditioner, providing a laminar low velocity flame, which results in low NOx formation and even temperature distribution.
The use of Gas Burners ( RGB )or Oil Burners ( ROB ) allows an accurate adjustment of the flame length and width. Optional features are an injector angle adjustment device allowing staged combustion, ignition burner, sight glass and Ultra Violet Flame detector.
